Refund policy

Refund Policy:

All pool and hot tub chemical sales are final sales. If you are not satisfied with your pool or hot tub chemicals, please contact us directly and we will work with you to come to a solution.

Other items can be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase provided they are returned unused, in the original non-damaged packaging, and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Returns are to be made in-store only, in New Minas.
